Who We Are
Animal suffering is one of the biggest issues affecting our society today. From climate change to animal cruelty to pets looking for a home, and OVER pet population, our hands are full with both global and local challenges.
The Southesastern Animal Control Assoc hosts Annual Conferences to help educate and revive Animal Welfare and we are all about making a difference, day after day, 365 days a year. Since 1972, our Association has been dedicated to improving the lives of native animals and pets across the globe. We believe that it is every human being’s responsibility to take care of the creatures around us, big or small. There are so many ways to help, so find yours today.

Meet our President
Lisa Wimberley
Has been on the SACA Board for 8 years and has held the position of President of the past 3 years. She is the Animal Control Officer for Lee County AL

1st Vice President
Alan Smith
Has been on the SACA Board for 5 years and has held the position of Secretary for the past 3 years.
He is an Animal Welfare and Enforcement Officer in Houston County, GA

2nd Vice President
Haley Brown
Has been on the SACA Boad for 3 years. She is the Animal Services Supervisor for Forsyth County, GA

Treasurer
Cyndi Hoffman
Has been on the SACA Board for 12 years and has held the position of Treasurer for the past 9 years. She is the Animal Warden for the City of Newnan Police Department for the past 16 years with over 20 years experience as an ACO as well as being a Certified Vet. Tech.

Jessica Stone
Has been on the SACA Board for 3 years. She is the ACO/Director for Berrien County Animal Shelter

Has been on the SACA Board for 6 years and has held the position of Vice President for the past 3 years. She is the Shelter Intake Supervisor for Cherokee County GA.
