The Southeastern Animal Control Association was founded in 1972 and for over 53 years, the South Eastern Animal Control Association (SACA) has been committed to advancing the field of animal control through education, training, and professional support. As the demands of this profession evolve—whether through natural disasters, large-scale cruelty investigations, or shifting legislation—SACA remains at the forefront, ensuring officers are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need. By fostering collaboration and continuous learning, we empower officers to protect both animals and communities across the Southeast.
