Do Writers Need Niche Experience?
I am looking for someone to help with a website in a fairly specific niche. As I try to hire a website content writer, I keep wondering how important direct industry experience really is. One writer may know the subject but have average samples, while another writes beautifully but has never covered the topic. If research material is available, would you choose the stronger writer or the person who already understands the industry? I am curious which option usually requires fewer revisions later.
